Gluten-Free, Lemon Almond and Polenta Cake

One of my most favorite people in the world is cursed with celiac disease so I am always on the look out for yummy gluten-free treats. My new found favorite baking blog Joy the Baker posted this delicous gluten-free lemon cake recipe. I myself haven't tried though I am going to next week.
